250g butter cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons golden syrup
melt together in a pan
250g flour
250g dessicated coconut
250g rolled oats
125g sultanas
188g caster sugar
mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl – add butter mix and a little water if needed
roll into balls and press down onto lined trays – this makes three tray loads
bake for 15 minutes until golden oven mark 180 deg
