Lots of things going on this week but only managed to photograph a few of them
Mary’s beautiful boxes
… and Anne had painted these
Jan and Eric had progressed withs their paintings
Sue brought in the bowls that her daughter and friend had made a couple of weeks ago at Jeudi Art – before and after
It was lovely to see Jan and Eric back, she started a contemporary painting and Eric was painting a portrait of his son and girlfriend – watch this space for the finished pictures
Also back to see us was Stuart and Michelle – on Tuesday morning Michelle was busy doing several projects and Stuart had done a beautiful watercolour
On Thursday we did abstracts again or should we call them contemporary paintings ?
and George was making scary things for Halloween
Jane and Brigid wanted to do abstracts but I think they are more like landscapes
even I couldn’t get away from doing a seascape
Cas was painting boxes and had made some coasters
Jacqui and Anne were doing watercolours
Sue has finished her cork board
Brigitte made a papier maché bowl
Ola was using pastels
I love this pumpkin by Jane
… and Viv’s little dog is coming along really well
What a weird and wonderful morning we had today – what was brilliant was that everyone loosened up and painted with abandon
some beautiful bowls this morning
Mary was continuing with her painted box
Birgitta made a gorgeous decoupaged cat
… and I can’t decide which hairstyle suits this girl
Jackie brought in some beautiful hydrangeas and her and Jane painted them in water colour
At last Anne has finished her hare
and Mary was working on her exquisite painted box
A very buzzy Mardi Crafts
Margaret brought in some sunflowers to cheer us up
Most people were making paper bowls – either with papier maché or with magazine strips
The cork boards are progressing
Heather was painting with water colour and Mary was painting a beautiful box
Brigid was decoupaging a huge box
